Wence is home in Door County - come on by and visit this holiday weekend!

Martinez Studio
Door County Studio News

Dear Hearts,

Wence and I are deeply grateful that with the help of fellow Door County artist, David Nielsen... We are now open daily 10:00AM - 2:00PM (Closed Wednesdays) in our flagship, Jacksonport, Door County, Wisconsin studio. Nielsen's paintings will share Martinez Studio this spring and it is always a joy to have another curator involved especially when our works pair so well! Profiled recently in a series of Pulse articles by Tom Groenfeldt, Nielsen's return to Door County couldn't have come at a better time. Stop in to meet David, see and discuss his work, as well as ours, in person. Many have expressed a real longing for in-person art experiences and believe me, we miss you all!  We feel a sense of cautious relief as many of our collectors and friends have been vaccinated. But...please remain vigilant. We all have many adventures ahead of us and we love you!  In both locations, masks are required and we ask that you respect our staff's occupancy comfort levels. We are following (or exceeding) national and state safety guidelines Please help us welcome David Nielsen, his work and his bright spirit to Martinez Studio! Door County is truly an amazing arts community built on mutual respect and loving encouragement. Thank you for your support and interest in our work! Stay tuned for future news and events! Onward!

We truly look forward to our last open season in Door County - please arrange to visit beginning June 16th!

In other news - we began a series of affordable prints of Sandra’s works on paper in the Codice and Dante series and hope to do more. You can view new works in Santa Fe and shortly, Door County! Stay tuned for more and visit our website often for updates.

We will see you soon!
Xxx,

—Sandra & Wence
